Beds are obviously going to be the centerpiece of the room. You can trade in and out various other components but the bed, headboard, and frame's look and feel are going to influence the style of the rest of the bedroom furniture. If you're not shopping for a set choose a color and style that will be easy to match with your existing decoration or any other bedroom furniture you are getting at the time.
