Yes. Merely using a third-party company does not exclude a company from PCI compliance. It may cut down on their risk exposure and consequently reduce the effort to validate compliance. However, it does not mean they can ignore PCI.

Steve's background in engineering makes him an excellent tutor in all levels of math, chemistry and physics. His BS in Engineering is complimented with a MS in Operations Management. He is especially strong in SAT/ACT Math. He is an excellent listener in understanding a student's concerns and helps students understand the "why" in math and science problem solving.
